Common Clean-up-Brates Lake -Galati

  • On June 19th, the Brateș Lake area came alive with energy and enthusiasm, thanks to the involvement of the local community. The activity gathered people from all over the region to support a noble cause: protecting the environment.   Moreover, the event had an international significance, with the participation of our partners from Moldova, Romania, and Georgia, who brought valuable contributions to this joint environmental action. Together, we showed that care for nature knows no borders, and only through collaboration and active involvement can we build a more sustainable future for the Black Sea Basin region.
  • During the event, participants were divided into groups and began cleaning different areas around the lake, collecting waste and raising awareness about the importance of responsible environmental behavior. More than just a simple clean-up activity, this event symbolized collaboration and solidarity towards a common goal—nature protection and promoting eco-responsible behavior
